December 2020 Masjid
The first one we made got pretty popular online. Some folks were requesting the template for it, which I have now created and uploaded below. This structure was built entirely from scratch, so please note it's a little tricky if it's your first time working with gingerbread. You can also try it out with a sugar cookie recipe if that's more to your liking.
2021 Eid Masjid
I made this one for Eid-ul-Adha, the second Eid holiday of the year for Muslims. It was a bit more elaborate but had a stronger structure compared to the previous one one. I wanted to add some colour to it so I mixed some lavender frosting into the design.
